پیش‌بینی تخریب سنگ‌های ساختمانی در برابر فرایندهای چندگانه هوازدگی با درنظرگرفتن عدم‌قطعیت

چکیده
سنگ‌های ساختمانی در شرایط بهره‌برداری به‌طور هم‌زمان یا متوالی تحت اثر یخ‌زدگی-ذوب، گرم‌شدن-سردشدن و تبلور نمک قرار می‌گیرند؛ بااین‌حال، بیشتر مدل‌های موجود تنها یک فرایند تخریب را بررسی می‌کنند و قابلیت انتقال آن‌ها به سنگی که در مرحله واسنجی حضور نداشته است، به‌ندرت آزموده می‌شود. در این پژوهش، اندازه‌گیری‌های چرخه‌ای ده سنگ ساختمانی ایران برای مقایسه چهار فرایند یخ‌زدگی-ذوب، گرم‌شدن-سردشدن در آب، تبلور سولفات منیزیم و تبلور سولفات سدیم بر یک افق مشترک بازتحلیل شد. ماندگاری سرعت موج فشاری اشباع، شاخص بارنقطه‌ای و مقاومت کششی برزیلی با میانگین هندسی ترکیب گردید. سپس مدل‌های ماندگاری، نمایی و ویبول با کنارگذاری زمانی داده‌های انتهایی ارزیابی شدند و اثر هر فرایند در چرخه سی‌ام به‌صورت کمی محاسبه شد. برای توصیف رفتار چندمخاطره‌ای، شاخص مقاومت چندمخاطره‌ای، بیشینه آسیب، انتخاب فرایندی (Process selectivity) و آنتروپی آسیب تعریف شد. پایداری رتبه‌بندی با ده هزار ترکیب تصادفی وزن پاسخ‌ها و عدم‌قطعیت میانگین فرایندها با پنجاه هزار بازنمونه‌گیری بوت‌استرپ بررسی گردید. همچنین، تکمیل ماتریس میان‌فرایندی و آزمون کنارگذاری کامل یک سنگ برای سنجش قدرت تعمیم واقعی انجام شد. مدل نمایی در میان ۱۲۰ پاسخ انتهایی کمترین خطای پیش‌بینی را نشان داد. میانگین آسیب چرخه سی‌ام برای سولفات سدیم 30.1 درصد، سولفات منیزیم 28.4 درصد، یخ‌زدگی-ذوب 15.9 درصد و گرم‌شدن-سردشدن 9.7 درصد بود. اثر کلی نوع فرایند معنی‌دار بود، ولی تفاوت میان دو نمک سولفاته قطعی نبود. هورنفلس کوردیریت‌دار بیشترین مقاومت کلی و تراورتن دربند کمترین مقاومت را نشان داد. رتبه سنگ‌های برتر نسبت به تغییر وزن پاسخ‌ها پایدار بود. مدل تکمیل ماتریس درون مجموعه داده خطا را کاهش داد؛ اما در آزمون سخت‌گیرانه پیش‌بینی سنگ کاملاً جدید، استفاده از تخلخل و خواص مکانیکی اولیه عملکردی ضعیف‌تر از خط مبنا داشت. بنابراین، خواص اولیه اسکالر به‌تنهایی برای پیش‌بینی جهانی تخریب چندمخاطره‌ای کافی نیستند و برای انتخاب مطمئن سنگ باید آزمایش‌های فرایندویژه یا متغیرهای کمی مرتبط با شبکه حفره‌ای و بافت سنگ‌نگاری نیز در نظر گرفته شوند.
